MOTHROWALA, DEHRADUN

A dedicated Diagnostic Centre wherein the site had a natural constraint of the two feeder roads on different levels. This was used as an advantage by creating a parking area at the lower basement with access to the mid-level by a ramp.

The ramp doubles up for accessibility providing wheelchair access as per building codes.

The top floor is used as a pathology centre with the provision of a service lift from the parking level. The two lower floors are planned to be used as an MRI and Radiology Centre.

The building block is a modern edifice of simplicity and elegance with clean sleek lines.
