MR. BIPIN GUPTA'S RESIDENCE AT RAJINDER NAGAR, DEHRADUN.

The house reflects a combination of modern references with classic structural elements, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

The structural design has been planned in an eco-friendly manner. The site had a cove of litchi trees spanning a wide root-system over the area. The foundation was dug with techniques that left the natural ecosystem intact.

The entrance foyer gives a slight glimpse of the staircase which prima facie is the pivot of the design typology of the home. The staircase is the focal point of this 6 bedroom home. The interiors of the house were done in collaboration with Apartment 9 Interiors, New Delhi.
