Proportions play an essential role in this design. The entrance is flanked by Doric columns and round arches and creates a dialogue between the built-up areas and open space.

The use of terracotta tiles on the sloping roofs is in harmony with the material used for the facade. The planning balances the harmony between public and private zones.

The Staircase with its pendant light acts as a statement feature of the home.

The material palette comprises natural brick, wood, and terracotta tiles; and is broken occasionally by the use of marble.
